Located on the south side of Alton, this small stone arch bridge crosses an unnamed creek.
Built in 1902, the bridge consists of a stone arch span. Relatively few stone arches exist on the Mankato-Sioux City segment of this route.
It is highly likely this span was built to replace an aging wooden trestle.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition, with little notable deterioration.
The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
